You do not need an account or identity verification to make that browser-level choice. ECG also honors an enabled Global Privacy Control signal automatically.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a portable copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, human review, or information about disclosures. California residents may also use an authorized agent.

• Describe the right, the email or phone used with ECG, and the relevant interaction. Do not send identity documents until ECG provides a secure verification method if verification is necessary.

ECG will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. ECG will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Some requests may be limited by security, legal obligations, transactions, free-expression protections, or the need to establish or defend claims.

ECG does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through its public inquiry form and does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. Please do not submit government IDs, financial credentials, health information, precise geolocation, passwords, or similarly sensitive data. If a production requires protected or regulated information, contact ECG first so the parties can establish an appropriate process.
