Back On Set
Getting back on set in May 2020 felt like coming home. At ECG Productions, we were all buzzing with excitement, ready to dive back into what we love, even with masks on and keeping our distance.
We kicked off with a clear goal: to create a video that gives a sneak peek into the bright future awaiting sales associates in the next few years. This video was the star of the show at ADP’s big online conference, blending the client’s main messages with our down-to-earth script.
Sure, the pandemic threw in a few hurdles, making things like finding the perfect filming location and casting a bit more of a challenge. But in two action-packed days, one at a fancy apartment building in Midtown Atlanta and another at the Brain Bytes Creative studio, we found our groove.
Getting Creative with ADP
We had a blast trying out some cool camera tricks. One standout moment was the “lever up” shot, where we filmed the sales associate getting out of bed – it added a fun twist to the video. This project was also our first time using a digital video village, a tool that’s now a regular part of our toolkit, making it easier to share the filming process with clients.
The editing was a smooth ride, even with the clock ticking. We aimed to create a video that felt a bit like a dream at times, showing just how great a sales associate’s work life could be. We achieved this with a soft and glowing color style and lots of detailed graphics to make the experience feel real.

Looking back, we’re filled with pride. This project wasn’t just about meeting the client’s needs; it was about bringing a bit of hope and joy to sales associates everywhere, showing them a glimpse of a bright future.
